Help organizations with resetting their talent strategies and delivering business results through their employees. Work in all aspects of human capital. Help organizations deliver sustainable change by getting people to accept, adopt, and drive change. Manage and streamline international assignment programs in a cost-efficient manner. Contribute to pricing, client value and the negotiation process - including reviewing contracts and finding opportunities to introduce new pricing options. Prepare clear, accurate documents while assisting with project economics. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary : $120,058 - $142,900 / Yr. 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Room N-5311 Washington, DC 20210 Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field, plus 2 years of related work experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the employer will accept 2 additional years of related work experience. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Conducting individual tax planning for employee cross-border movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process; Assisting with international assignee populations of multinational clients; Working on individual tax compliance, tax planning, and expatriate tax program policy and administration design; and Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
