Responsibilities

You will be advising our clients on the full suite of employment matters including, but not limited to:

  • general employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts and termination of employment
  • employment litigation, including industrial action and dispute resolution
  • workplace health and safety
  • workplace compliance and governance, including the development of policies and procedures and the delivery of training
  • employee incentive schemes and executive remuneration

You will have direct access and the opportunity to work with all Partners in this market leading practice with a friendly and collegial culture.
As a Senior Associate, you will work directly with clients on the full suite of employment matters to continue to develop your employment advisory skills.
This role offers you the chance to work with exceptional mentors, engage with a diverse range of clients and work on a diverse range of matters.
