The Opportunity We are currently seeking talented individuals with a grounding in the Finance field, who are able to use their professional skills and experience to deliver on advisory engagements across different industries, to strengthen our Financial Accounting Advisory (FAAS) team. Your Key Responsibilities In your new role, you will work closely with our clients, advising on diverse projects: Contribute to developing the new era for the finance function including technology or operational transformation initiatives aligned with the CFO agenda by supporting clients in optimizing processes, evaluating the effectiveness of technology from a business standpoint, and providing recommendations for industry best practices. Engage in financial analysis activities, including financial planning, budget preparation, and forecasting processes. Support with projects involving management reporting, process documentation, and the development of policy manuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address complex business challenges. Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have A strong academic background with a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management Science & Technology, or a related field. Several years of working experience in Finance, Accounting or Process Automation oriented roles within a well-established company or a consulting firm. Ideally, you may also have: Hands-on experience with business intelligence technologies such as SQL, RPAs and Power BI Professional accountancy qualification or working towards gaining one (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CMA, CIMA).
