Blue & Co., LLC, is a dynamic and innovative accounting firm that provides growth-committed entrepreneurial clients with accounting and consulting services.  We are currently seeking a talented Senior Auditor to join our Carmel, IN  office. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role leading audit engagements as you begin to establish working relationships with clients, peers, and directors. You will continue to develop supervisory and management skills, benefit from ongoing training and mentoring, and work on a wide variety of challenging engagements. The ideal candidate will be promotable, have an advisory mindset, and possess a strong desire to build a career in client service. Position Details: •    Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of audit engagements. •    Prepare business and individual audit returns. •    Perform field work to include the preparation of complex work papers along with monitoring the work paper preparation of Staff Accountants. •    Foster teamwork, innovative thinking, and knowledge sharing with team members to enhance service delivery. •    Training and mentoring Staff Accountants. •    Continually learn and become a subject matter expert in your area(s) of interest. Position Requirements: •    CPA Certification or eligible and actively pursuing certification. •    3-6 years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting firm. •    Proven financial, analytical, technical and interpersonal skills. •    Excellent client service and the desire to build business development skills. •    Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage engagements, prioritize engagements and supervise/motivate staff. •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •    Ability to travel to client locations, mostly day trips; minimal overnight travel is required.   #LIHybrid EEOC
