ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns
• Understanding of financial statement compilations (with/without notes)
• Exposure to GAGAS / Yellow Book standards (basic familiarity acceptable)
• Highly self-motivated and accountable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Perform fieldwork for audits, reviews, and compilations
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures
• Plan and manage day-to-day engagement activities
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify areas to expand services and add client value
• Assist with internal projects and firm-wide initiatives
