YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of data protection standards, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Familiarity with local data protection laws and best practices, along with a keen willingness to learn about applicable regional regulations.
• A customer-centric approach and business acumen.
• A commitment to quality and results.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• EU citizenship.
• Eligibility for a German government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional experience in data protection, privacy, or data protection management systems, along with familiarity with control frameworks or auditing.
• International experience is an advantage for effective collaboration with external stakeholders.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and integrating a comprehensive data protection management system for the Delos Cloud.
• Designing and coordinating essential data protection documents and concepts, including data protection policies and agreements.
• Engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding data protection matters.
• Implementing and streamlining internal processes to establish effective data protection procedures efficiently.
• Contributing to and reviewing contract texts relevant to data protection.
• Negotiating data protection matters with customers and partners.
• Overseeing various work packages focused on data protection initiatives.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for employees regarding data protection inquiries.
• Advising on the execution of measures required to comply with data protection regulations.
• Identifying and assessing risks associated with technical measures related to data protection.
