A FEW PRACTICAL THINGS TO KNOW:

• The office is in North Haven, CT, and the team works in-office every day. It’s a close-knit group, and they believe showing up matters, for clients and for each other.
• Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but during busy season, most people stay until around 8 PM, and there’s a full-day Saturday as well.
• That said, they do their best to create balance, summer Fridays end at 1 PM, and the vibe is much more relaxed when things slow down.
• You’ll work directly with managers and partners, gain exposure to complex engagements, and get real feedback, the kind that actually helps you grow.

It’s a small team (12 people), but they’re growing fast, and they’re looking for someone with around 2 years of audit experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
The firm has been around for 25 years, with a strong foundation and a reputation for quality. But recently? They’ve been growing like crazy. More clients, more complexity, and more opportunity for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
People tend to do a mix, audit, a little tax, and maybe consulting. If you’ve been working on financial statements, you’ll fit right in. You’ll work on clients like condo associations, construction companies, private schools, and 401(k)
plans, and you’ll get the chance to own your work while being supported by people who know their stuff.
A few folks on the audit side are shifting into tax, so if you’re curious about expanding your skillset, that’s absolutely on the table. But if audit is your thing, they’ve got plenty of that too.
