Responsibilities

We are filling this vacancy to continue our support for the Board Audit & Risk Committee, the CEO, and the Executive team as the organisation progresses through its program of significant change.
While the “how” we audit reflects the Global Internal Audit Standards, the “what” we audit is not standard. As Airservices continues its transformation, our audits are focussed on these significant change initiatives, including future-looking audits, and early assessments of the new control environment while maintaining adequate level of risk based audit coverage for existing processes/functions and legacy systems.
You will be responsible for the full audit from initial engagement with our customers and detailed planning, through to reporting and leading the exit meeting. The primary focus of this role will be IT/Cyber audits, but you may also be required to conduct non-IT/Cyber audits as needed. We expect you to use your experience to define how the audit is performed, supported by our Audit Lead (Audit Manager). As with all members of our team, the Senior Auditor will apply a co-operative approach with our internal customers, including high levels of engagement with executive leadership throughout the audit process. Our aim is to achieve a strong, but practical, control environment and provide value adding business insights to our customers.
