We are looking for a bright and ambitious experienced CPA to provide services to a wide variety of owner-managed, small to mid-size businesses. The applicant must have the ability to learn quickly and perform in a team environment. Job responsibilities will include: performing audit, review and notice to reader engagements, personal and corporate tax work, bookkeeping, and more.
Qualifications required

University graduate – Bachelor’s degree.

• CPA designation
• Must have worked in public practice before
• Ideally minimum experience level is two years post qualification but will consider candidates with more or less experience for the right fit.
• Experience in owner-managed, small to mid-size businesses is essential. Experience with not-for-profits would be considered an asset.
• Experience in the completion of audits, reviews and notice to readers is mandatory. Student resumes will not be accepted at this time.
• Knowledge of Caseware, and TaxPrep is required.
• Experience in the preparation of corporate tax returns is required and experience in personal tax would be considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal communication and strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Candidate should be able to senior audits and be willing to work as a junior on some of our larger engagements if necessary.
