SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA or CIA are highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge in Accounting as per the compliance of FTA.
• Proficient in using accounting software and tools, as well as MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

SENIOR CONSULTANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:

· Act as a primary contact for assigned clients, conduct regular client meetings, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
· Prepare and educate clients on new regulations and services.
· Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients to expand the services range.
· Design compliant solutions based on the client’s requirements and local regulations.
· Attend events and seminars related to the industry.
· Manage end-to-end processes, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and exceptional customer services throughout the engagement.
· Ensure clients business operations comply with laws, regulations, and cultural norms.
· Assist in the development and enhancement of client business relationship.
· Monitor and manage the sales team and give the required training to achieve the company goal.

AUDITOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:

· Develop audit objectives, plans, and scope by reviewing available information and conducting research.
· Manage financial statements and all the services that is related to VAT
· Help design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes.
· Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations. Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards.
· Stay current on industry trends and best accounting and audit practices.
· Visit the clients as per their requirements and will travel time to time.
· Plan, supervise and perform review of financial statement and other financial data for clients, including due diligence, audits and general financial consulting.
· Completion of external audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients.
· Ability to handle large audits independently and supervise a team of auditors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:

· Preparation and review of tax computations, returns and other related documents in compliance with the UAE tax laws.
· Assist clients in developing effective tax strategies and structures to minimize tax liabilities and maximise tax benefits.
· Help clients establish and maintain proper accounting systems, controls, and procedures.
· Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems within client organisations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Having the capability to lead audit teams, supervise and mentor junior auditors.
· Hands-on experience from audit planning to the conclusion stage or the ability to handle audits independently with minimal supervision.
