• Analyze existing business and IT processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units to gather and document automation requirements.
• Design and develop automation workflows using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Build scripts or use APIs to automate manual and repetitive tasks.
• Test and deploy automation solutions in production environments.
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots or scripts to ensure stability and performance.
• Maintain documentation for all automation projects, including process maps and solution architecture.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and internal controls.
• Provide training or support to end-users on automation tools and processes.
• Min 5 years experience in Automation Analyst or related roles.
