AUTOMATION ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, program, and implement PLC and control systems that deliver reliable, efficient solutions for our customers. This role combines hands-on engineering, system design, and customer interaction to drive successful automation projects.

• Program PLCs and related control systems to meet project requirements
• Design and develop control panels, automation systems, and electrical layouts
• Review and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Specify process instrumentation and evaluate detailed technical specifications
• Collaborate with vendors to source and procure equipment
• Ensure compliance with the US National Electrical Code (NEC), including hazardous locations
• Commission, test, and troubleshoot electrical and control systems
• Contribute to proposals, purchasing, and project expediting activities
• Serve as a technical interface with customers, contractors, and project teams
