Position Overview The Senior Automation Engineer will define and lead QA initiatives that directly impact business results. This role designs and executes complex testing plans, ensures resource adequacy, and collaborates across departments to improve quality standards. The position guides junior analysts and contributes to strategic QA planning. What You’ll Do: Independently designs and executes QA projects and programs with direct impact to business outcomes. Guides examination of QA processes and improves current approaches. Drafts and executes analysis and reports with hands-on involvement. Collaborates across groups to share results and drive improvements. Exchanges information to reach agreement in ambiguous situations. Leads project teams and indirectly sets objectives for others. Collaborates across departments and with external stakeholders. What You’ll Bring to Zelis: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 8 yrs automation testing experience Experience using AI tools – CoPilot, ChatGPT, etc Experience building CI/CD pipelines and pipeline integration Automated testing to include API, UI, code, etc helpful Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, SoapUI, Bruno, etc. Azure, AWS and DevOps tools helpful C#, .Net, Angular, JAVA experience helpful Experience working with offshore teams helpful Healthcare preferred Please note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
