Ready to lead the charge on mission-critical infrastructure? DLB is seeking a hands-on Senior Automation Field Supervisor to drive high-stakes data center builds from the ground up—coordinating multi-discipline teams, managing fast-paced installations, and delivering cutting-edge BAS/PLC/SCADA systems. If you’re a decisive leader with deep technical expertise and thrive under pressure, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a high-growth industry.
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Automation Field Supervisor is a boots‑on‑the‑ground leader for hyperscale and colocation data‑center builds ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW. You will orchestrate multi‑discipline technical field crews—BAS technicians, PLC Software Engineers, SCADA Engineers, low‑voltage electricians, and commissioning agents—to deliver fully integrated PLC, DDC, and SCADA solutions on aggressive speed‑to‑market schedules.
Once project mobilization occurs you will oversee all execution on site including installation, BIM team coordination, L2 install testing, L3 start‑up, Level 4 functional testing, and Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for BAS/PLC/SCADA scope.
You will serve as primary site contact for GC superintendents, owner construction managers, and mechanical and electrical equipment startup and service teams. You will own execution of STC field toolkits including project management tools integration, BIM 360, digital pre‑task planning, Safety program execution and reporting — and drive lessons learned into corporate playbooks.
This person will communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.
