Roles & Responsibilities: Job Summary * Excellent organizational skill with a capacity to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and delegate effectively.  * Comfortable working with different teams from various countries of different time zones.  * Ability to manage a team of programmers/analysts to ensure balance of workload and sufficient support to the client-servicing teams. Involved in project management and coordination works.  * Be a people manager to set timely objectives, review objectively, motivate genuinely, and develop their knowledge/skill sets for better self and team advancement.  * Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.  * Ensure team members are consistently maintaining the Ipsos standard and delivering highest quality deliverables.  * Highly experience in designing and developing PowerPoint report automation program, automated checking process and analytical tools with the use of VBA, advanced Excel functions, and/or other programming languages.  * Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards using Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and/or other cloud-based platforms.  * Experience in data integration of structured and unstructured data and perform data transformation for the purpose of statistical analysis.  * Strong interest and knowledge of emerging technology trends and applications in data analytics space.  * Involved in process-improvement initiatives (e.g. online platform enhancement, new automation tools) and provide necessary coaching to project members.  * Work with external stakeholders/ vendors on contract agreements and other initiatives.  * Work closely with external stakeholders to provide support on complex operational matters.  * Any ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned.    Requirement for this position * Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in dealing with data integration, data analytics/ statistics, and report automation   * Good understanding of data visualization and able to act as a subject-matter expert on the effective use of graphics/design in relation to data representation  * Proficient in Tableau or Power BI or other online dashboarding tools  * Good communication and negotiation skills.  Ability to interact with all levels effectively  * Strong problem-solving skill.  Ability to deal with difficult situations objectively  * Strong project management skill and multi-tasking ability  * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, and VBA   * Extensive experience with SPSS is highly preferred  * Experience in relational database management systems and SQL  * Sound knowledge of web design (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, and responsive design)  * A self-starter with strong sense of ownership  * Ability to manage and coach a team of young analysts and programmers  Ipsos is one of the world’s largest research companies and currently the only one primarily managed by researchers, ranking as a #1 full-service research organization for four consecutive years.
