THE POSITION

In this role, you will lead automation initiatives for major global programs, act as a key liaison for stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. This position can be filled in Ingelheim or Biberach
This position is part time eligible with 80%.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MSc) or Diploma degree in engineering, automation, information technology, electrical engineering, computer science or a similar field with longstanding professional experience within different automation functions in a regulated environment
  • Proven experience in project and change management for large-scale projects, ideally with lean management and project controlling knowledge
  • Strong technical expertise in automation or IT, preferably in life sciences
  • Quality-oriented and business management thinking and actingExcellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills in a global, cross-functional setting

Responsibilities
  • In your new role, you will take ownership of automation deliverables for sites within two major investment programs: Supply for Growth (S4G) Digital Program and Asset Replacement Program, covering hundreds of modernization projects.
  • Furthermore, you will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders across all levels, including program leaders, automation teams, and production managers.
  • You will lead automation project management activities such as strategy, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Moreover, you will align automation requirements across programs, projects, IT, contractors, and local teams.
  • You will guide project teams in adopting global standard platforms and products while driving change management.In addition, you will develop onboarding materials and deployment concepts and deliver workshops in collaboration with automation architects and platform teams.
