About this Position What you´ll do Evaluate and propose automation solutions aligned with Industry 4.0 and transitioning toward Industry 5.0 to enable fully autonomous operation Define scalable industry-compliant technology solutions ready for roll-out across multiple sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility and scalability Create comprehensive documentation for Automation projects’ submission and execution, including budget, schedule and resource planning, in line with corporate requirements Complete detailed design and construction accordingly, organize commissioning and start-up Monitor, control and report actual cost and progress, compared to the budget and plan Build strategic relationships with technology partners and vendors to support long-term automation goals Capture lessons learnt from automation projects and implement strategies for ongoing enhancement of standards Ensure automation standards meet industry regulations and cybersecurity requirements Act as a change agent for digital adoption and promote human-machine collaboration within the organization What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field 5 or more years of relevant working experience in industrial automation and digital transformation projects Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies and standards Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments Fluent English and German skills Some perks of joining Henkel Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares Company Pension Plan 100% financed by Henkel MEGA Preventive Health Insurance CareFlex Supplementary Care Insurance Mobility offer: My Henkel Bike and Jobticket At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
