About the role: As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow. One of the leading providers of booking and ticketing services in the arts and entertainment industry, operating on a global scale Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand feature requirements and provide QA input throughout the development lifecycle * Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage * Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address any potential issues * Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical expertise and best practices * Investigate and report on defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution Requirements: * Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Puppeteer, Gatling). Familiarity with design patterns such as Page Object Model * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript or similar * Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Familiarity with AWS Cloud * Experience with AI development tools (preferably Claude Code) What`s in it for you? * Care: your mental and physical health is our priority. Responsibilities

The Senior Automation QA Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop/maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Responsibilities also include conducting thorough regression testing, mentoring junior engineers, and investigating/reporting defects for timely resolution.
