Job Description Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web and backend systems; Ensure product quality across user flows: sign-up, checkout, payments, orders, and booster dashboards; Define and maintain test documentation: test cases, bug reports, release checklists; Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and APIs; Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria; Identify risks and proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and release pipelines; Own the QA process end-to-end: from planning to release validation and post-launch monitoring. Qualifications 4+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or gaming platforms; Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices; Hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman for API testing); Solid understanding of payment flows, cart/checkout, and order management systems; Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to reproduce complex bugs; Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
