JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Mechanic to lead diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks on a wide range of vehicles. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of guiding junior mechanics while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, with at least 5+ years in the field.
• Certification or diploma in Automotive Technology or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, service manuals, and OEM standards.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience working with multiple car brands ( European, etc.)
• Knowledge of hybrid or electric vehicle systems (a plus)

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont

• Perform advanced diagnostics using tools and scanners to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts in engines, brakes, transmissions, suspension, and other vehicle systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake servicing, and inspections.
• Ensure all repairs and services are done according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure performance.
• Supervise and support junior mechanics and technicians in their daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete job cards and reports accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and workshop managers regarding job progress and any additional work needed.
• Stay updated on latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
