POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure in Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure & Github.
• Maintain and improve infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability in Azure.
• Automate cloud deployments and manage version-controlled infrastructure.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and standards.
• Design and maintain cloud networks including site to site + client VPNs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps tools (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and architecture best practices.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Azure Monitor, App Insights, or Log Analytics.
• Database experience MSSQL and MySQL.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104).
• Experience in a fast-paced fintech or SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of Git branching strategies and agile methodologies.
