Position: Azure Data Platform Administrator Main Responsibilities Monitor Azure Analytics Services and applications, including security and user activities on Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Databricks, Key Vault, Azure Blob Storage, Azure DevOps and Power BI platform. Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Infrastructure and IT Security teams to ensure smooth operations on the Azure data and analytics platform, including ADF and Power BI, and guarantee high availability across infrastructure, network, database and applications. Partner with IT and business teams to capture system requirements and propose enhancements to data flow, security and retention. Implement solutions to monitor Data Engineering development activities such as Azure data pipelines, job schedules and systems to ensure performance and uptime. Investigate and handle incidents, perform log analysis and recommend optimal fixes and best practices for the Azure Data platform and services. Raise issues with Data Analysts, Data Engineers and third-party vendors. Provide on-call support in the production environment. Manage ongoing security and audit controls to ensure compliance. Provide capacity planning, cloud cost analysis and resource optimization. Ensure data catalog tracking for all data objects and maintain up-to-date documentation. Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical skills, cloud and system administration. 7+ years of experience in cloud administration. Level English B2+ or C1 (Is a must) Remote work (In any part of Mexico) Strong experience with cloud data warehouse and analytics technologies such as Azure Data Factory, ADLS, SQL Server (SSIS and SSAS) and Power BI. Solid experience with infrastructure (operating system and networking) and cloud administration. Experience with data access control and security models. Experience managing code and dependencies, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub. Proficiency in SQL. Experience with Agile methodologies in cloud, database, data warehousing and BI environments. Ability to research emerging technologies, trends, standards and products. Strong communication skills to convey complex information to internal and external audiences. Experience with IAAS, PAAS and SAAS architecture on the cloud. We Offer Competitive salary and benefits.
