JOB SUMMARY:

Profitap builds high-performance network observability and monitoring solutions that NetOps and SecOps teams use worldwide. We’re expanding our marketing team with a senior, hands-on marketer who knows the network monitoring/cybersecurity landscape. Someone who can turn packet-level concepts into clear messaging and run campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5–8+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years directly in network monitoring/cybersecurity (NPMD, packet capture, NDR, SIEM, SOC tools, etc.).
  • A portfolio showing technical storytelling—you can explain SPAN vs TAP, packet brokers, time-stamping, DPI/metadata, and why it matters for threat detection and performance.
  • Strong command of SEO/SEA, email automation, and web conversion; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and inbound marketing techniques
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO:

You keep up with industry trends and innovations and hook into this with new topics and content pieces. When events are planned, you assist in preparing and promoting the event itself and set up campaigns around it. With every project, you keep track of the bigger picture. With a strong focus on campaigns, you connect the dots between all media and ensure flawless execution on our website, social media, and other channels.
You can turn complex information into tailored content to elevate Profitap’s voice in the market through thought leadership, partner co-marketing, and standout presence at industry events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan & run integrated campaigns across web, email, paid/search, social, webinars, and events.
  • Develop crisp positioning and messaging for solutions and launches; create (and orchestrate) content such as solution pages, whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, videos, and sales enablement.
  • Develop our presence at key shows (e.g., INCYBER, it-sa, Cisco Live) and regional events; build pre/during/post-event plays that convert.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and market trends.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
