Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Senior B2B Sales Manager to strengthen our French sales team. This is a hands-on sales role first, where you will:

  • Go through our comprehensive sales onboarding program
  • Run the full B2B sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, and account management
  • Drive new customer acquisition while developing long-term relationships with senior decision-makers

We believe the best leaders lead by example. That’s why all future team leaders at ME first excel in the role of Sales Manager. Once you have proven strong results and shown leadership qualities, you will have the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead position, coaching and developing others while continuing to contribute as a sales professional.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the sales cycle: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with solution providers in the French market
  • Develop accounts: Build long-term partnerships with key clients and expand opportunities across accounts
  • Show leadership early: Mentor newer colleagues, share best practices, and act as a role model within the team
  • Path to Team Leadership: With proven success, step into people leadership – coaching, supporting, and driving results for a growing sales team
