As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and maintaining software that powers the bank's core financial logic—where reliability, precision, and performance are paramount. Responsibilities Design, implement, and validate robust financial business prosseses and testing infrastructure, primarily using typescript. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to team members. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to transform ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications. Work with the team to establish and promote a culture of quality and engineering excellence. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively both independently and as part of a team. Requirements 4+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in j JavaScript\ TypeScript. Experience working on product cores, engines, or infrastructure software is a strong advantage. Experience in environments with a low margin for error (e.g., embedded systems, medical applications) is a plus. Exposure to highly regulated industries such as fintech or medical systems is a strong advantage. Familiarity with event streaming and messaging platforms such as Kafka. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is a advantage. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Experience working with agentic development tools such as Vibe coding, Claude, or similar platforms.
