Requirements

• You have several years of experience in backend development and are motivated to take responsibility for demanding software solutions.
• You are passionate about developing software, enjoy working in a team, and take pleasure in solving technical challenges together.
• You have in-depth knowledge of development with Java (Java 17) and the Spring ecosystem, especially Spring Data/JPA and Spring Security.
• You have experience with relational databases and technologies such as SQL, as well as with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
• You are proficient in using modern development tools such as Git, Maven and continuous integration environments (e.g. Jenkins).
• You enjoy working in agile teams and ideally have experience with Scrum and modern software development processes.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and can effectively exchange ideas with both an international development team and German-speaking stakeholders.
• You enjoy working in an international environment and actively contribute your perspectives to the team.
• You are open to the use of modern technologies and tools, especially the meaningful use of AI to support software development.
