They seek a passionate and talented Senior Backend Developer to join their team. Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions. This role requires excellent technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality applications in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable applications to support business processes. Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Develop and execute SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support data integrity and reporting needs. Document application architecture, workflows, and processes for reference, training, and future upgrades. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with established IT policies, standards, and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers where required. Participate in system reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities. Research and recommend innovative tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years in software development, with proven expertise in application design, development, and maintenance within a corporate environment. Technical Competencies: Proficient in ASP.NET (vb.NET WCF). Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, XML, and JSON. Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL programming. Skilled in troubleshooting and technical documentation Desirable Competencies: Knowledge of .NET web services. Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) Key Attributes: Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and results-focused. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated integrity and accountability. Additional Information The remuneration is competitive along with other benefits.
