Description

Hey! We’re Dyflexis. A workplace where the CEO challenges you to a pool match, developers debate algorithms over table tennis, and yes – there’s an actual shark head watching over our Friday beers. Since 2010, we’ve grown from a rebellious startup into the market leader in workforce management, with over 5,000 international clients rating us 4.9/5 on Trustpilot. As Senior Backend Developer, you’ll shape how millions work and live. Whether you’re building scalable solutions or optimizing core features: you’ll have the freedom to make an impact, without the corporate nonsense.

Responsibilities

At Dyflexis, we’re creating the world’s most powerful workforce planning software, and we need your expertise to make it even better. Working in a scrum team where passion for technology meets a true no-blame culture, you’ll be responsible for building innovative backend solutions that serve 800k+ users worldwide.

The challenge? We’re continuously improving our framework, increasing robustness, and optimizing features - all while keeping our platform stable and scalable. You’ll work on everything from authorization systems to routing and component interaction. It’s a challenging role for sure, but the impact is worth it: your code will directly improve how 800k+ people work across the globe. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Design and build scalable backend solutions that keep our platform running smoothly
  • Improve and optimize core features like authorization and routing
  • Work with your scrum team to tackle complex technical challenges
  • Contribute to architectural decisions that shape our platform’s future
  • Review code and mentor other developers in our no-blame environment
  • Keep our systems robust while we scale to serve even more users
  • Think along about new features and improvements based on user feedback
