The Mission: You will be a builder of the Blockchain protocol itself. You will be instrumental in developing the secure, high-speed Proof-of-Stake network that serves as the foundation for our entire ecosystem. This is a role for

• Implement the core logic of our Proof-of-Stake consensus mechanism.
• Build and secure the smart contracts and token standards for Faircoin and GatesToken.
• Design and build the high-performance APIs that our wallet and services will use to interact with the blockchain.
• Establish and enforce best practices for blockchain security, performance, and testing.
• Collaborate directly with the VP of Engineering to translate architectural vision into production-grade code.
