These are the tasks:

• Designing the architecture and technical implementation – from modularization and interface design to meaningful service boundaries.
• Planned modernization of existing legacy systems and improvement of maintainability, robustness and delivery capability through refactoring.
• Develop, integrate and operate backend solutions in .NET/C# (APIs, data access and platform integrations).
• Strengthen quality within the team: Integrate testing, code reviews, pairing, and architecture sparring into daily practice.
• Share responsibility for operations, for example in monitoring, incident analysis and sustainable troubleshooting.

You bring the following:

• Several years of practical experience in backend development with .NET/C# and architectural experience in production systems.
• Excellent understanding of API design, data models, integrations, and automated unit and integration tests.
• Experience with cloud-native concepts such as microservices, messaging, and resilient communication.
• Experience with Entity Framework, SQL databases, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, as well as Security-by-Design and Privacy-by-Design is advantageous.
