We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing R&D team. About us eOS is rewriting the financial institutions operating playbook. We are building from scratch an end-to-end SaaS platform, providing a full suite of products and services, designed to create an autonomous environment for operating financial institutions. Our technology enables agility, consolidates data, and automates operations to a degree previously thought impossible. If you have strong backend fundamentals, enjoy building scalable systems, and embrace a modern AI-assisted development workflow, we’d love to meet you. You’ll primarily focus on backend development, with the opportunity to contribute to frontend features for those interested in working across the stack. Responsibilities Lead and take end-to-end ownership of entire product development Take part in or lead architectural decisions and discussions Bring critical thinking to processes and outputs generated by AI assisted coding. Investigate and triage production and system issues, prioritize and track resolutions, and collaborate with stakeholders and team members to debug and resolve problems. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a software developer Proven Python experience - Must Lead designing & building large-scale/distributed systems infrastructure High-level SQL capabilities Experience with Typescript Experience with designing and building RESTful APIs Experience in CI/CD and automated testing Experience in Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience with data workflow management Experience with React - a major advantage B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field If you want to help build the OS for autonomous banking - we’re looking for you! eOS is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
