We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Integrations Team – a cross-functional group building and maintaining the backend services that power our third-party integrations. You’ll help us make sure our product plays well with others — from communication tools and enterprise systems.
In this role, you won’t just write code — you’ll help shape architecture, mentor others, and drive how we design, build, and operate our services in both cloud and private cloud environments.

• Participate in architecture decisions for both our microservices and the core backend mainly based on Java + Spring Boot and Implement and maintain features
• Help run and operate our services — both in public cloud and private cloud setups and take ownership of stability, monitoring, security and scalability across services
• Continuously level up the architecture across the whole stack, shaping the technical development of our product suite by actively developing and sharing your technical skills and knowledge within the Product & Tech department
• Using the shape up method and agile principles to develop the best possible software, while engaging in technical discussions and product decisions
• Helping define, test, monitor, and operate the product end-to-end — from the first idea to running it in production
