In this role, you will collaborate with our Futures backend development team to enhance the exchange platform that has propelled Binance to become one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges. You’ll tackle complex and unique challenges associated with running a high-performance platform that serves tens of millions of users globally, ensuring seamless 24/7 availability.
We are seeking talented and experienced Software Engineers to join our backend team and contribute to our world-class trading platform at one of our locations in Asia.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in network optimization, with proficiency in Java.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in low-latency environments, particularly in high-frequency trading ecosystems.
• Proficient in MySQL, with familiarity in at least one NoSQL database.
• Expertise in distributed system design, with knowledge of at least one messaging middleware and its underlying design principles.
• Ability to handle stress and rapidly acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Strong cross-team communication skills.

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architectural solutions.
• Optimize and manage infrastructure components, including databases, servers, and networks.
• Implement automated deployment and monitoring solutions to enhance system reliability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Apply caching, load balancing, and optimization techniques for improved efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation on system architecture and deployment processes.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to ensure continuous service availability.
