• What you’ll bringSolid commercial experience in backend software development, ideally 5+ years.
• Strong experience with Kotlin or Java, and an interest in working predominantly with Kotlin.
• A track record of delivering production-grade software in a commercial environment.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and confidence working with complex SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and modern deployment practices.
• An understanding of how to build dependable systems that can handle growth and changing demands.
• A practical, hands-on mindset and the confidence to work through problems without needing constant direction.

The ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and work well with a close-knit team.
