Your playing field

• You will develop high-performance and scalable backend services using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• You design and implement modern APIs and integrations using REST, GraphQL, and OpenAPI.
• You will shape the expansion of our cloud-native platform on AWS and drive its further development.
• You automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes with GitLab CI/CD and OpenTofu.
• You use modern coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar tools to take development, testing and automation to a new level.
• Together with the team, you will establish AI-Native Engineering Practices and actively shape the future of software development.
• You will work closely with Product Management, Architecture and Operations in an agile and interdisciplinary environment.

Are you our Playmaker?

• Several years of experience in the development and operation of modern backend systems
• Solid knowledge of Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Safe handling of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
• Good knowledge of modern API and integration standards, especially REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI and OAuth 2.0
• An AI-native mindset and the motivation to fundamentally advance software development through the targeted use of AI.
• Practical experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar AI-powered development tools
• A high degree of ownership, pragmatism, and quality awareness
• Very good German and English skills
