Contribute to architectural and technical decisions
Write maintainable, well-tested and production-ready code
Participate in code reviews and help establish strong engineering practices
Identify technical bottlenecks and improve existing systems
Work collaboratively with product, engineering and leadership teams
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine how they can be incorporated into the platform
Help shape the engineering culture as the company and team continue to scale

Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications or platforms
Excellent understanding of software engineering fundamentals

Understanding of system architecture, scalability and performance
Experience working in agile or fast-moving product environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills
