REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a self-motivated engineer proficient in Kafka, Java, Spring/Quarkus, and related technologies.
• Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microservices, Event-Sourcing, open-source data solutions, and cloud-native applications.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with infrastructure, hardware, software, database, and middleware stacks.
• Specialization: Proven engineering experience with Kafka/Confluent and a solid understanding of Kafka APIs.
• Best Practices: Familiarity with security, performance, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Fluent English

• Team Collaboration: Play a key role in one of our agile Scrum teams to develop, enhance, and maintain Indra Avitech product solutions for the aviation industry.
• Development Life Cycle: Engage in the full development life cycle from inception through testing, implementation, and support, following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
• API Development: Design and implement API interfaces and business services for Aeronautical Application components.
• Mentorship: Guide Junior Developers by preparing development tasks/tickets, conducting code reviews, and engaging in pair programming.
• Quality Code: Develop enterprise-quality, horizontally scalable code using best practices, rapidly and according to specifications.
