OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Senior Cake Maker & Bakery Manager to lead our bakery team. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only has exceptional cake-making and decorating skills but also the leadership ability to manage daily operations, maintain high standards, and inspire creativity in the kitchen.

SKILLS

  • Friendly, professional, and confident with customers.
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Extensive experience in food production and preparation within a professional kitchen environment.
  • a minimum of 2 years experience in creating custom cakes.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both food preparation and kitchen management.
  • We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their creations and is dedicated to producing cakes and bakes of the highest quality
