What you'll work on

As a Senior Banking Consultant, you'll lead transformation projects and workstreams for our clients across operations, risk, compliance, finance, regulatory change and digital transformation. You'll work closely with client teams, consultants and senior stakeholders to structure solutions, manage delivery and ensure successful implementation from start to finish.

• Lead banking transformation projects and workstreams from analysis to implementation.
• Own project scope, planning, timelines, stakeholder management and deliverables.
• Advise clients on topics such as regulatory change, risk, finance, operations and digital transformation.
• Drive change initiatives, process improvements and organisational transformation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to high-quality project delivery.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of FiSer's Banking practice.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for senior consultants who enjoy solving complex challenges and taking ownership of client delivery.

• A Master's degree (WO) in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field - or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech or consulting.
• Proven experience leading transformation projects, PMOs, workstreams or implementation programmes.
• Experience with banking transformation, change management, regulatory change, business analysis or operational improvement.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, can-do mindset.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (Dutch is a strong plus).
• Currently based in the Netherlands with valid work authorisation.
