Handle all banquet staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage for each event. At the review of the Director of Food & Beverage, assist with hiring, training, and maintaining target labor percentages through strategic event scheduling. Review and execute Banquet Event Order (BEO) forms with precision and professionalism. Assign staff setup, service, and breakdown duties to ensure seamless event flow. Confirm all setup notes are completed prior to service and staff breaks. Maintain high service standards throughout the event itinerary. Oversee tableside wine service, track bar tabs, and ensure accurate billing. Assist with event preparation, inventory management, and next-day setup. Complete closing duties, including bar bottle counts, floor plans, and event evaluations. Approximately 80% of time will be spent as a Banquet Captain, with about 20% dedicated to administrative duties such as scheduling, hiring, and event planning.
