Senior Banquet Manager - Hilton Boston Park Plaza
The is searching for a talented Senior Banquet Manager to help lead their team! This property is conveniently located downtown steps away from the Public Garden, Theater District, and many of the city’s most popular historic sites. Boasting 1,060 rooms, 4 outlets, and 70,000+ square feet of meeting space, this beautifully vibrant downtown property offers a great next step for a talented/experienced food and beverage leader looking for a new and exciting career move.
This position will report to the Director of Banquets and will oversee a large Banquet team approx. 50 team members. The ideal candidate has prior union experience, has a previous hotel experience with banquet space up to 70,000 sq. ft., open availability and being flexible and has at least 3-4 years of experience as a Banquet Manager in a big box hotel (required).
Schedule: Full open availability - Monday - Sunday between the hours of 4am - 1am
