Beach House is owned and operated by a renowned Hospitality Group. We proudly own and operate a number of hotels, restaurants and bars throughout South East Queensland.
We currently have multiple positions available and are searching for motivated, experienced and hands on Senior Bar Staff and Restaurant staff both with Barista and Bar Attendant experience as well as being willing to help us grow, foster and develop our team to ensure our exceptional customer service levels remain our number one priority.
We’re looking for staff who can uphold our reputation, while bringing a new spark and passion to our operations. You will be experienced in all facets of customer service and bring a genuine passion for customers and smooth running of day to day operations. You must be able to work both autonomously and within a team.
This is a casual position but Full-Time opportunity’s are available for the right employee.

Essential Skills:

• 1 Year minimum Bar and Barista experience, such as; making cocktails, pouring beers and making coffees.
• Strong customer service skills with a hands on approach
• Must be available weekends and be available to work flexible hours
• Have experience working in a fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure
• Strong commitment to customer service, inspiring others and deliver on venue values
• Genuine commitment to providing a memorable and positive experience to all patrons
