Due to continued growth, Lusty Glaze Beach is on the hunt for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join the team, at our beach home on the outskirts of Newquay.
This is a very exciting role that will operate across all front of house spaces in our family run, private beach resort.
Based both behind the bar and out on the sand, you’ll need an understanding of all the elements that make up our unique little corner of Cornwall.
From fabulous beach weddings, exciting live music events and sporting extravaganzas, to cosy coffee corners, beachfront accommodation, and vibrant bar service. You’ll be working in a truly unique environment.
We are looking for an adaptable, approachable, happy and highly organised person who comes prepared to lead by example and work as part of a team. The successful candidate should possess a minimum of two years’ experience within a similar senior role. You will assist the team with the daily management of our front of house spaces whilst working alongside a great team with all weddings and events at the beach.
You will be creative, calm, well presented and have a passion for delivering food & beverage service to a very high standard.
Lusty Glaze operates 7 days per week year-round. Your hours will be flexible and will be dependent upon the needs of the business. Weekends, evenings and bank holidays will be necessary and essential.

• Assist supervisors with the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Lead staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
