We are currently seeking an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic, customer focused barista to run the Harbourmaster Café in the IFSC.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about great coffee, passionate about people, and ready to take ownership of a café operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the customer experience, developing new business initiatives, and helping the café reach its full potential.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the café, from opening to close
• Create and maintain a clean, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere for all customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Prepare coffee and food including pastries and sandwiches to a consistently high standard
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu and daily offerings
• Liaise with the head chef regarding stock, orders, and any special customer requests
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
