Job Description Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for a friendly and reliable Senior Barista to join our food and beverage team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in delivering exceptional coffee and beverage experiences to guests, while supporting the smooth operation of the café or restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Include: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages. Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and café areas. Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and correctly. Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, and rotation of supplies. Follow health, hygiene, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards at all times. Support team members during busy periods and assist with general café operations. Shift Details (subject to change): Full-time position, 30 hours per week. Rotating roster Monday to Sunday, weekend shifts are essential. Shift times: 6:30am - 1:00pm. $28 NZD per hour. Immediate start available. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a barista. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation. Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
