The Role: We’re on the hunt for a skilled and outgoing bartender who knows their way around both a cocktail shaker and a craft beer tap. Key Responsibilities: Serve craft beers and mix a wide range of cocktails to spec Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and current menu Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly Engage with customers to create a warm, welcoming experience Handle cash and card transactions accurately Change kegs and gas lines as needed Comply with health, safety, and licensing laws What You’ll Bring: Experience working in a cocktail or craft beer bar (essential) Solid knowledge of spirits, mixers, and beer styles Friendly and confident with great communication skills Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Flexibility to work late nights and weekends Perks: Keep all your tips Opportunity to help shape seasonal cocktail menus A fun, fast-paced, and creative environment
