We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation measurements.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain bar operations.
  • Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff on best practices in bartending and customer service.
