  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste.
  • Operate the Micros POS system efficiently for processing orders and handling cash transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff on drink preparation, service techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.
