We are looking for analytical, solution-orientated Senior Basis Consultants experienced in NetWeaver & Non-NetWeaver technologies to keep SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Customer systems running.
Our Senior Basis Consultants, as part of the Critical Incident Management team, are responsible for the 24x7 availability of SAP systems running on SAP ECS. In this role you will support, troubleshoot and resolve alerts and incidents and seek opportunities to streamline standard operating procedures through automation. You will have to collaborate with other roles like Major Incident Manager, Level 3 support for various Technical Areas, Managed Service Providers, Global Cloud Services and Hyperscalers and sometimes guide other roles on the process and technical details for troubleshooting, action planning and resolution related to critical / major incidents.
