• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed advice to clients.
• Assist in training junior therapists and support team development through knowledge sharing.
• Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
